What do these four actions mean to me?

The vision that we are trying to bring into form through the 4 actions is a dream that the native cultures of this earth have held for a long time: To live in cooperation and harmony with the earth and all life on the earth, supporting and bringing out the best in each other and healing the wounds of the past. This means to me: creating heaven on earth.

How do I apply them?

I give my work as a gift to the world and trust the Blue Pot  process to take care of me.
I aim to recycle as much as I can and to become more and more conscious about reducing waste and pollution, sharing resources and work towards creating living situations where those things are natural and simple.
I aim to live and work in cooperation and harmony with Nature, myself, other humans and other dimensions.
I work on healing the places inside me where I can’t yet fully share, care, love, give and receive.

MY HOME AND WORK

Currently my home base is an old Mill-cottage in Letcombe Bassett, Oxfordshire / England. I have a background in psychotherapy, gardening, farming as well as music.

music and sound-healing work

 I have received some beautiful gifts to share.
1)      Songs inspired by Nature and
2)      the ability to play improvisational music with my Cello and voice in a way that enables healing and transformational processes to take place in groups, individuals and places.
Having received these gifts, it is my joy to share them with others.

When it became clear that this gift was my main work, I went through tensions around charging to ensure my livelihood, but ended up feeling that the most congruent way to be with this work is to give it as a gift and trust the Blue Pot process, wherever people are comfortable with it. Where people wish to charge or make a set fee, we come to an arrangement that feels right and cares for all. 

For the last years I have been invited to many places and countries in Europe, North and south America to hold musical meditations and sound-weaving concerts for healing and peace and give sound healings to groups and individuals, travelling as a peace troubadour from place to place.
I have also run workshops on accessing and working with the inner voice,  co-facilitated vibrational healing workshops with De Fano in Scotland and the US.

Several CDs of my music and songs are available.

sacred stone setting

More recently I have been working with sacred stone setting as the stones called to me. I have  worked on different kinds of property, gardens, Farms, woodland and in the wilderness,  co-creating with the land, standing stones, stone-circles, labyrinths to enhance the energy and beauty of the environment, creating sacred space,  re-balancing energy flow and raising vibration and vitality.
