What do these four actions mean to
me?
They
tell me about a true path. A path where we can
all care for each other, our Earth and our world
through our hearts’ knowing
and find our shared way back to true balance.
How do I apply them?
I
first need to care enough about myself to see and feel my heart’s gifts – what I really care about for myself, our Earth and our world.
Then I need to honour those gifts and bring them into reality.
In stillness, quiet time with nature and letting go of
‘too much
to do’, I find my heart’s truth and want to follow it; I find my dream,
my gift and want to honour it and give it life.

MY HOME AND WORK
I live on my own
in the centre of
Glastonbury, a small market town known all over the world for its history
and powerful energies. I have a small, beautiful garden where nature
helps me to create a sanctuary in a busy town,
growing mainly salads, herbs and roses -
‘Rose’ speaks very deeply to my
heart & my path.
From 1995-2001 I lived in the Scottish Highlands with Louis &
Sandra
learning how to help people through inner STAR* guidance.
I worked with people individually and
also held weekly classes in the
local village helping people to find a deeper place of love in their
hearts, find their true nature.
I also guided a group meditation with the heart helping to heal
unresolved energies
so as to enter into a place of love with our Earth, the Mother.
This is a deeply nurturing and loving experience.
These classes I plan to re-start in the area I now live in.
In
Scotland I began to write poetry inspired by the spirit and nature in
me.
I’ve written over 50 poems, most are about our path with
love/relationships and with the Earth, our Mother. Several have been
published in anthologies
and some will appear in a women’s earth/spirit magazine.
I now wish to self-publish, to create my poems in a beautiful,
self-expressed form.
When in print I will post it on my web site.

MY
GIFT
a poem
THE
MOTHERS GREETING
A pink infused morning sky that seeps to the very marrow of my bones,
Embedding memories of Summer's deep and abiding warmth.
This, as Winter creeps in on alternate days, is Summer's memory,
As if suffusing the body with Winter warming coulours and hues.
To remember these in the coming chill will loose the hold of Winter's
grip.
Ah, such a
pink as only rose carry,
Or shepherds with their guiding light,
Or children in their love infused presence
That wears through the dullness of adult life
played out through future speed.
Oh, love imbued pink, so present, so here, so in this everlasting
moment,
Dream into every space in which I lose that presence, lose that glow
And enter a past no longer here, nor a future yet ready to be born.
Hold me in this moment as my tears of regret release.
Hold me like the arms of a lover
Before you disappear behind the clouds
And Winter's cold fills my bones.
Bless you for your presence at the beginning of my day.
Bless you for your still and silent memory
To hold within the chambers of my heart.
I am blessed.
I am that Pink Rose.
I am Presence and Beauty and Love.
I am the Lover and the Beloved
In the kiss of your eternal moment of Truth.
